Building a positive user-experience is a challenge we thrive on. The task, for us, starts with understanding your business objectives, your brand identity and, most importantly, what your different audiences expect of it.

Once we have an understanding of your organisation and how it communicates on and off-line, we develop personas for your typical visitors to define what they will require from your site. Personas are developed by listening to representatives from your key audiences at the outset.

We develop design concepts and prototypes at an early stage to test that we're meeting user needs and the expectations that a visitor will have of your brand. The results are fed into our final designs and, again, these are presented to user groups to gain their “thumbs up” before development work begins.
